Over the past few months, we have been working on a special project at Village of Hope in Da Nang - one that began with a simple idea: to create a safer, cleaner, and more comfortable space for the children who call the center home.
With the support of our wonderful volunteer, Laela, we launched a fundraising campaign to rebuild the bathroom and toilet facilities at Village of Hope. Thanks to the generosity of our volunteers, donors, and supporters, that idea gradually became a reality.

A Place to Call Home
Village of Hope is a residential care facility and shelter in Da Nang, Vietnam, providing a safe and supportive home for more than 100 orphaned, hearing-impaired, and severely disadvantaged children.
The centre provides much more than accommodation. The children receive education, specialized vocational training, medical care, and daily support to help them grow and build a brighter future.
For children living together in a residential center, clean and accessible facilities are an important part of everyday life. Improving the bathroom and toilet facilities was therefore not simply a construction project; it was a step toward creating a healthier, safer, and more comfortable living environment.

From Fundraising to Reality
What started as a fundraising campaign has now come to an exciting conclusion: the new bathroom and toilet facilities are finally complete!
Seeing the finished construction is incredibly meaningful for everyone involved. It is a practical improvement that the children can benefit from every day, helping to improve their comfort, hygiene, and overall quality of life.

For us, this project is also a reminder that meaningful change does not always have to start with something big. Sometimes, it begins with one person who cares enough to take action, and a community of people willing to support that vision.
Thank You for Being Part of This Journey
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Laela for initiating this fundraising project and to every volunteer and donor who contributed along the way.
Your kindness and support have made a real difference to the children at Village of Hope. Together, we have helped create not just a new facility, but a more comfortable and caring place for the children to live.
Thank you for helping us turn care into action, and compassion into something the children can experience every day.
