I can’t recommend this program enough! The second I landed in Vietnam they were so accommodating and helpful from the start! I had the best first volunteering experience, every day was so well organized and planned out. They made it so fun for us, even planned a whole day of excursions and exploring the city. It was such a wholesome and fulfilling experience. They really made it feel like home, I felt so safe and cared for!! I would 100% go back

I stayed for two weeks and absolutely loved my stay!! From the moment we arrived, Viet and all the staff made me feel at home! I would highly recommend volunteer Vietnam to anyone who is looking to volunteer!!

Volunteering through VolunteerVietnam was an incredible and life changing experience. I helped teach English to kindergarten and primary school students, played and engaged with children with disabilities, and spent time interacting with the elderly in need. The people were just beautiful and the staff were extremely accommodating. The volunteer house always clean and very modern, and the chef cooked us three delicious meals a day. Mr. Viet and the staff made the whole experienceso enjoyable - organising a karaoke night, cooking class, and even taking us all out for dinner. 10/10 recommend!

I had the best time and learned so much during my stay with Volunteer Vietnam.
Dorm was comfy with good facilities and tasty meals provided on weekdays.
All involved—staff and residents at the centers—were friendly and welcoming, you feel like part of a big family.
You work with all age groups, from toddlers to the elderly, and take part in variety of activities: teaching, team building, and social works. There are also fun extras like Vietnamese lessons, cooking classes, and karaoke nights.

Highly recommend this program to anyone looking for a rewarding and fun experience in Vietnam!

I stayed at the Volunteer House in Vietnam for 3 weeks and 3 days. The accommodation was simple yet comfortable, and meals gave me a taste of local culture, I was made to feel like it is home. Teaching was rewarding, especially playing games that built confidence and teamwork. Volunteering at the social centre with orphaned children and homeless elderly was deeply meaningful—helping with physiotherapy, meals, walks, and games like football. Karaoke nights and sharing time with fellow volunteers made it unforgettable. I would recommend this program to anyone interested in volunteering.

I had an incredible experience and look forward to someday returning. The accommodations were so comfortable and high-quality, the host had an incredible story that was evidenced in the communities we connected with, and the volunteering itself consisted of such a variety of roles. It wasn’t just teaching English - we supported physical therapy, movement & mental health for multiple communities in Da Nang. I am so grateful to have been a part of it and highly recommend this to anyone passionate about social work - who’s seeking true cultural immersion (and a flexible schedule).

This was a great experience all round. The home stay is great. All great facilities to western standards. The staff were great and very welcoming, always making sure you knew what the plan was. Was fun getting involved with the school children, helping them learn English and playing games. Was an experience working at the centre for the vulnerable and disadvantaged, was a wake up call to appreciate what you have, cause some people are not so lucky. I am soo grateful that I was the part of this project. I met a lot of amazing people who help everywhere where they can. I was teaching english at school and kindergarten, working with elderly, playing games with children, do physioterapy and lot of more.
Everyone was soo kind there. The volunteer house is really nice, modern and clean and food is delicious. Also we had cooking lesson a vietnamese lesson and it was so fun.
I really recommend to be the part of this family to everyone!☺️
