My experience with Volunteer Vietnam was absolutely amazing!
You can really feel how passionate and hard working the people here are! I liked that there is a schedule for the upcoming week with different tasks - so it definitely doesn't get boring and you can practice different kinds of skills. It reminded me once again that even if we don't speak the same language, we have all the most important things in common - being human, being able to spread and feel love & kindness and to enjoy the present moment together. My heart is full of gratitude - thank you ...

One of the most meaningful experiences I’ve ever had. The project is well organized and truly impactful, with over 20 years of real dedication to the local community. The staff is welcoming, passionate, full of energy and I truly admire their work. Even without previous experience, I always felt supported and guided. The schedule is diverse, helping you discover your strengths and what kind of contribution feels most natural. The volunteer house feels like home. I arrived wanting to give back, but left deeply inspired and grateful. In the end, I received far more than I gave! 🙏🏻💖✨

My time here was truly rewarding. Connecting with the elders, teenagers, and children brought a smile to my face and re-energized me whenever I was feeling down. The host and staff made me feel so welcome; they were reliable, fun, and incredibly easy to work with. It was also inspiring to be around other volunteers who very motivated and helpful.

Thank you, Mr. Viet and team! :)

The entire team is very organized and extremely fun, and the work they do is truly complex and incredibly enriching. They make the environment light and welcoming for both the volunteers and the people we help.

I absolutely loved my 3 weeks with Volunteer Vietnam. From the moment I arrived, the staff warmly welcomed me and made the house feel like home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized.
The first days were intense, but seeing how happy people are with even the smallest help made the experience incredibly meaningful. The smiles we received in return are something I will never forget.
I made wonderful friends, learned so much about gratitude, and truly felt part of a family thanks to the amazing staff. I hope to return someday.

Volunteer Vietnam in Da Nang is definitely a great place to volunteer. The team is super friendly, careful, helpful, they know the job and how to help you in all the tasks.
The activities with vulnerable people are various, and you can let the team know about what you feel comfortable or uncomfortable with, so your schedule gets adapted to your skills and tastes.
The accommodation is perfect, many dorms, but there is an option to enjoy a private room. The provided meals are homemade everyday by the cook, so you can try Vietnamese dishes.

It's a very well-structured volunteering program, they explain everything to you and there is flexibility to change. Different activities take place every day, I worked there as a physiotherapist, but I participated in the rest of the activities, and I couldn't be more grateful.
Without a doubt they have an incredible social impact, the Volunteer House is very well equipped, and even though you have to pay to attend, as soon as they explain what it's for and you see the NGO's function, you understand why the deposit is required.
Without a doubt it has been my home for four weeks, and ...
