🌟 BRINGING COLOR AND CARE TO THE VILLAGE OF HOPE 🌟
Volunteer Vietnam recently organized a heartfelt visit to the Village of Hope in Da Nang, a shelter and second home for orphans and children with disabilities. Established in 1993 by Director Phan Thanh Vinh, the village has supported over 800 children from Da Nang and nearby provinces. It currently cares for 122 children aged 6 to 18, many of whom have lost parents, live with disabilities, or face extremely difficult circumstances.
The visit aimed to bring joy to the children through play and creative interaction. Volunteers spent time playing games and connecting with the children, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. A highlight of the day was a wall-painting activity, where volunteers and children worked together to add color and cheer to the village’s environment.
The picture of the windmill and flowers symbolizes energy, life, and continuous development, fitting themes for a place dedicated to nurturing children.
This meaningful visit reminded us of the power of compassion and community. Volunteer Vietnam is proud to support the Village of Hope and looks forward to more opportunities to make a positive impact.
